The club's objective is to raise awareness about ecological issues and work to improve the environment.

The club sponsors movie days, environmental issues exhibits, and field trips. Members have attended ecology lectures, guest lectures, and exhibits, conducted local area cleanups and beach sweeps, and are involved in habitat restoration in the forest reserve.

Members of the Ecology Club will participate in Deep Day and many other activities related to the DEEP program (Dominican Environmental Education Program) which involves ten private schools in Santo Domingo.
